Moniviestin – open educational resources at JYU

Moniviestin is an online multimedia platform developed at the University of Jyväskylä. In Moniviestin, you can produce and save information and learning materials that contain text, video (live streaming and recordings), pictures and sound.

Videos and audio files can be uploaded to Moniviestin in almost any format. Moniviestin converts them automatically into a form suitable for online display.

Currently Moniviestin holds over 28,000 video recordings made at the University. Many of these are accessible by identification (requiring a path key), but there are also plenty of open access material.
